30 Minutes With Jesus Ministry is a Christ-centered ministry created to help women grow consistently in their relationship with God through intentional prayer, worship, and the study of His Word.
We gather weekly for a focused 30-minute time with Jesus, providing a structured yet Spirit-led space where women can pause from life’s demands, seek God intentionally, and experience spiritual renewal that strengthens faith and shapes daily living.
Our heart is to disciple women who follow Christ wholeheartedly and are empowered to impact their families, churches, and communities for God’s glory.
Why This Exists
In a world full of noise, distraction, and spiritual fatigue, we create intentional space to seek God wholeheartedly.
This is not casual.

About the Founder
Theresa Ojochide Ochigbo-Ogenyi
Theresa Ojochide Ochigbo-Ogenyi is the founder of 30 Minutes With Jesus Ministry. She is passionate about guiding women into a deeper and more consistent walk with God through prayer, worship, and the study of Scripture. She leads with humility, intentionality, and a heart for reaching the lost, trusting the Holy Spirit to equip and strengthen every woman God draws to the ministry.
